A family-owned, independent real estate company
Established in Rome in 2004 and family-owned, Grandi Stabili acquires, repositions and manages residential, office and hospitality properties. Over more than twenty years it has built first-hand knowledge of the market and its players.
We invest only our own capital. With no third-party investors and no fund deadlines, we independently set the timing and structure of each transaction, whether short- or long-term.
